Job Description:
- Support the Head of Live-Action Creative Advertising in coordinating and managing U.S. directing teams and overseas vendors.
- Provide localized creative input with a strong understanding of U.S. culture to empower and elevate the advertising production team.
- Generate high-quality advertising content by combining creative thinking with game features and advertising platform characteristics; work closely with media buying, video production, and other team members to ensure the final delivery meets quality and performance standards.
- Oversee the production of short video ads for the company’s games across global platforms, including scriptwriting, on-site shooting, and post-production guidance.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of overseas study or long-term residence experience in the U.S.; strong familiarity with American culture and mindset.
- Solid experience in live-action content production or vendor management, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience collaborating with U.S. vendors on live-action ad shoots (from either agency or in-house side).
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Advertising, Marketing, Film/TV Directing, or related fields; 1–2 years of experience in live-action game performance advertising is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is a must.
- Highly goal-oriented, with strong learning ability and execution skills; capable of quickly identifying effective methods and achieving objectives efficiently.
- Previous experience in project and team management, with strong strategic and organizational awareness; at least 2 years of people management experience required.
