Job Description:

• Lead the planning and implementation of the company’s global payment and risk control strategies. This includes, but is not limited to: evaluating and integrating overseas payment and risk control channels, designing payment/refund and risk control processes for gaming products, and enhancing payment success rates through data analysis.
• Stay abreast of global market trends by researching international user behavior and tracking industry developments. Use market insights to drive innovation and iteration in the payment experience, enhancing the competitiveness of our products in the global payments space.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle with a strong focus on scalability and adaptability. Prioritize initiatives based on stakeholder needs across payment and risk domains. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 8+ years of hands-on experience in overseas payment and risk control within the gaming industry.
• Experience working directly or indirectly with international banks, card networks, or global third-party payment providers.
• In-depth understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of various global payment channels; proven track record in improving payment success rates, reducing chargebacks, and optimizing costs.
• Strong business acumen in gaming and international payments, with solid product thinking, data analysis skills, platform planning, and project management capabilities.
• Overseas study or work experience preferred; fluent in both Chinese and English. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
