The Role As a VIP Host, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our most valuable players nationwide. Your goal will be to ensure these VIP Players receive maximum value for their entertainment investment. This involves delivering loyalty rewards, bonus play, unique experiences outside of the app, and exceptional customer service. In this role, building strong relationships with customers and excelling at customer retention strategies are paramount.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of VIP customers by contacting them via phone, text, or email to ensure their needs are met, and consistently deliver a positive user experience
  • Analyze and act upon key data metrics, develop and implement strategies for VIP retention, and take proactive measures to retain VIPs displaying indications of potential churn
  • Cultivate strong relationships with VIP players to boost retention and revenue growth
  • Implement VIP membership program initiatives and benefits to enhance engagement and satisfaction among VIP players
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outbound contact targets and other assigned tasks
  • Assess and prioritize outreach and user engagement efforts based on analysis and evaluation
  • Document and analyze player feedback and user profiles to propose platform improvements and identify commericial opportunities
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience

What You Will Bring

  • Proven ability to build and foster strong connections and retain users
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with native-level proficiency in English
  • Data-oriented mindset, ability to analyze and use data to strategize outbound engagement
  • Outgoing personality, self-motivated, with customer-centric mindset and great attention to details
  • Minimum one year experience working in an outbound customer marketing role
  • Availability to provide 24/7 support including weekends when required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, CRM Systems, and Internal Communication Platforms
  • Previous experience as a VIP Host or Customer Support within the Mobile Gaming industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
