About The RoleThe Earner & Safety Operations team acts to enable business growth by building the platform of choice for earners, being accountable for their entire lifecycle in the Uber platform: from acquisition to engagement, relationship and satisfaction, including building loyalty. You will define the strategy and develop projects that will impact Uber's most important customer: earner partners. This role requires an eye for business and customer obsession, as well as analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. What The Candidate Will Do

• Perform data analysis and experiments to find opportunities to grow metrics related to the earners' base engagement in our platform;
• Support our decisions by creating and reviewing processes with an analytical approach;
• Advise leadership on tough trade-offs, propose and execute strategic improvements that may involve several teams with a strong impact;
• Partner with Business Development to offer the best rewards for our best and most engaged earners;
• Partner with Marketing to deliver the right message to our earners and have consistent communication with them;
• Partner with Latam teams to develop product experimentations and launches that aim to increase engagement and satisfaction, and also support earners who are in the early stages of their relationship with Uber;
• Lead strategic initiatives with a large scope that aim to have a big positive impact on the day-to-day business.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytical, strategic and fast-paced roles, such as consulting, tech, startup, operations and banking
• SQL + Basic Statistics knowledge and a passion for data needed
• Portuguese and English proficiency
• Be collaborative, customer-obsessed, have a good eye for business and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
• Demonstrated experience interpreting data;
• Ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans;
• Proven experience in proactively identifying urgent issues and quickly acting on them
• Developed stakeholder management skills
• Python is a plus
