About The RoleUber Eats is looking for an experienced and passionate sales leader to lead and develop our ANZ Mid-Market & Small Business Sales team. This team is responsible for ensuring UberEats customers have access to the biggest and best selection of restaurants by acquiring a high volume of restaurant partners onto the platform. This is a significant people-management role leading an organisation of multiple teams and managers, with team members both on and off shore to achieve our big goals. It's a critical task to make sure that every customer of Uber Eats gets access to their favorite local restaurants and this is the team that delivers on that goal!You’ll succeed in this role if you are passionate about our mission to bring thousands of restaurants onto the Uber Eats platform, meeting the needs of Hungry Eaters across Australia and New Zealand. You love high velocity sales and being the driving force behind a high energy and impactful sales culture. You match your sales competence and inspirational leadership with an analytical aptitude for solving complex problems and a relentless focus to drive outstanding execution. Your Impact In Role
  • Lead a large and diverse team of sales leaders and account executives, creating a high performance sales culture that delivers best practice processes to acquire new scaled and mid-market restaurant partners.
  • Develop a clear strategy and vision inclusive of detailed metrics around restaurant selection alongside broader commercial objectives that engages the team to rally behind it.
  • Drive and monitor sales results and campaign execution to achieve commercial targets. Implement an efficient sales management system, and drive the sales team to create a fast paced environment.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Merchant Operations and other cross functional partners to analyze results to find opportunities that improve sales motion, value proposition, systems, processes, and programs.
The Experience You’ll Bring
  • A track record of new business sales and leadership, within a high growth environment. Experience of leading a sales management team is advantageous.
  • Analytical, operational and commercial skills to deliver against meaningful business goals and complex problems via a large, multi-functional team.
  • Proven ability to collaborate & influence cross functionally.
  • Consistent record of building successful sales teams, with a passion for coaching team members to develop skills and grow their careers.
