About The Role

In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the end-to-end user experience and driving exponential growth for our platform in HK, helping millions of citizens go anywhere and reimagining the way we move

Your Impact In Role

  • Live and breathe the Rider customer journey. You’ll know what Riders do, and when and why they do it. You’ll understand their pain points and strive to solve them. You’ll want everyone to ride just as much as you do!
  • You’ll design and execute the vision, strategy and tactics for Rider acquisition and engagement, through data-driven analytics, creative campaigns, robust digital marketing and partnership programs
  • You’ll work collaboratively with local, regional and global stakeholders to improve the Product experience for Riders
  • You’ll project manage the development of compelling digital content to keep riders engaged and informed
  • You’ll motivate the team to continually level-up their results, expectations, and stretch for increasingly higher levels of impact across all core operational metrics
  • You’ll work closely with the Driver Lead and Marketplace Lead to achieve common goals.

The Experience You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 10 years of deep, hands-on management of functions that included combinations of the following: operations, product, analytics, marketing and data driven CRM programs.
  • Data-first problem solver with sound business judgment and demonstrated experience acquiring and engaging users in a commercially sensible way
  • Stellar project management skills. You have demonstrated impressive ability to lead initiatives at your organization
  • Full proficiency in English and Cantonese is required
  • Ability to write SQL queries is a plus
  • Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have the ability to motivate and inspire through storytelling - you are able to rally people behind a common goal
