About The RoleUber's global paid social and display team is at the forefront of the industry. The paid social and display manager will lead large-scale, high-impact growth campaigns across multiple regions. They will also interact with our ad tech product and engineering teams and partners to build best in class automation to support global user growth and engagement at Uber. This role requires close collaboration with business leads, publisher partners, data scientists, and ad tech team members. It also requires marketing automation experience through APIs on meta and Google and knowledge of SQL.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle execution of global direct response campaigns across Google, Facebook, Snap, TikTok and other social channels.
- Collaborate with Ad Tech partners to develop and implement advanced automation strategies and optimization solutions across app and web campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills (gsheets, SQL) with multivariate testing experience.
- Determine areas of opportunity, build and implement experiments and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- First and experience with Google scripts and API based automation on marketing partners
- Understanding of ad-tech, including integration, tracking, both pixel and mobile app measurement, attribution, and bidding engines.
- Be adaptable and willing to contribute to other team projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience managing Google ads, meta and tiktok campaigns against CAC targets for a global app advertiser
- Comfortable using SQL to query and analyse data
- Ability to adapt to quick changes within both the company and industry.
- Experience working with ad tech teams and product managers to build API tools for automation and advanced optimization.
- An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace.
