The Crown Is Yours

We are looking for a Product Manager I to join our global team and help shape the vision and strategy for our casino products. In this role, you will immerse yourself in the Casino industry, contributing to the evolution of the player journey and enhancing the overall gaming experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, measure product success, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do as a Product Manager I

  • Drive internal alignment on the long-term vision for the player journey in casino or to casino.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and company leaders to maintain and deliver features and projects within the Casino roadmap, implement and adapt them for different states and player segments, and ensure alignment with other units and product verticals to enhance the casino platform and overall customer experience.

  • Utilize analytical tools and data insights to monitor metrics, assess performance, and make data-driven recommendations and decisions.

  • Own end-to-end product management processes for features within scope, including creating vision documents, product specs, regulatory decks, and roadmaps.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, including player behavior, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies in the casino space.

  • Collaborate on integrating marketing and engagement tools into the player experience to maximize retention and player satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the online gaming or casino industry, or seniority in DraftKings within other departments.

  • Strong understanding of the online gaming market and the tools used to enhance engagement and player experience.

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar platforms.

  • Background in collaborating with engineering, analytics, and design teams.

  • Analytically oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • A passion for innovation and delivering exceptional player experiences, coupled with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work hard to achieve ambitious goals.

Join Our Team

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 94,100.00 USD - 117,600.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
