The Crown Is Yours
As a DK Shop Ecommerce Senior Associate, you'll contribute to the success of our online store, the DK Shop. In this pivotal role you’ll be a key player in supporting our overall store plan by achieving sales, and margin goals. While working under the E-Commerce Manager, your efforts will be integral in offering top-notch gear and enhancing engagement across the DraftKings platform.
What you’ll do as a DK Shop Ecommerce Senior Associate
Gather and curate product details from buyers, vendors, and various sources to create accurate and customer-focused product pages. This involves organizing products into their respective categories, creating compelling titles and descriptions, uploading product images, and developing size guides.
Support the planning of product launches and coordinate on-site promotions by collaborating across creative and marketing teams.
Monitor and address on-site problems and bugs; make the necessary updates to system documentation for revisions and modifications.
Collaborate with UX and engineering partners to enhance shop features and functionality.
Leverage reporting channels to conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on the performance, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in the strategic planning and execution of DK Shop pop-ups and retail locations, ensuring seamless coordination and successful implementation.
Support the DK Shop and associated teams on their inventory planning to optimize balance between OOS/overstock.
Assist customer service agents in addressing customer inquiries, and take charge of overseeing the return and order management system. Your responsibilities will include processing customer refunds upon order delivery to the warehouse, ensuring orders are delivered to customers on-time, and managing claims for lost or damaged packages.
What you’ll bring
At least 3 years of experience in related fields: Merchandising, eCommerce, and/or Buying.
Analytical thinker proficient in both Excel and Google Docs.
Extremely data driven with utmost attention to accuracy.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
A track record of being a self-starter and strategic thinker.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $57,600.00 - $86,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
